Following a critique the most engaging and interesting design approach was the collage design. This style was further explored through hands on technique creating many composition styles of collages. Cutting out from magazines and using words to form deeper meanings that relate to the lyrics of the song. Themes of death, lust, adoration and pain are shown through the chosen imagery for the collaging. Different compositions are formed to experiment with forming focal points and re-creating the dadaist style through the use of diagonal lines. The design forms a more modernised approach to dadaism still tapping into its aesthetic of old imagery.
The images are a collection of different designs that i created by collaging by hand - using not glue helped me to create many design without any waste of paper.
Composition design look at experimenting with forming focal points and hidden meanings that relate tot he meaning of the song.
