Halftone Collage Designs

I decided to experiment back to collaging and play with the use of colour, texture and imagery.

The design on the left uses a halftone texture which is used to associate to sequential art. There is also a secondary image of a comic strip to form a clear representation for what the poster is design for. This design is simplistic and playful showing a clear contextual reference. The use of a cut up typeface adds an authentic look.

The design on the right is more simplistic and playful, linking to the process of sequential art than the final outcome, this is shown with the simplistic use of the pencil vector, with its rounded design offers a friendly feel. This design is then further developed with the use of a speech bubble with the cut out words of Thought Bubble, this links to the elements of comic strips.
